Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 16, 2026
Iridium One, LLC (“Iridium One,” “we,” “us”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits this site. This policy describes what limited information we handle and how we treat it.
Information we collect
This site does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising technology, and it does not ask you to create an account. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us — for example, your name, email address, and the contents of your message when you contact us or request access to Reading Room materials.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses and browser information) to serve and secure the site. That processing is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
How we use information
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry, verify credentials for access to confidential materials, and administer confidentiality arrangements. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Reading Room materials
Documents in the Reading Room are hosted on Google Drive. When you request access to a document, Google processes that request under its own privacy policy, and we receive your access request and associated Google account email address in order to review it.
Disclosure
We disclose personal information only when required by law, legal process, or to protect our legal rights, or to service providers (such as our hosting and document platforms) strictly as needed to operate the site.
Retention and your choices
We retain correspondence only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request that we correct or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
